The CHPI course is designed to enhance the healthcare professional' s ability to implement healthcare quality policies and initiatives as well as the ability to quantify, measure, and secure results. This course takes you through an overview of healthcare quality including current, past, and local issues in performance measurement and improvement. Severa! ofthe quality tools will be practiced including FMEA, Six Sigma, FOCUS-PDCA, RCA, etc. Basic statistics methods and principles will also be presented.
